High up in the Austrian Alps, between 800 and 1,300 meters above sea level, our mountain meadows produce something truly special. Wild clover, alfalfa, and rare alpine herbs—grown in pure mountain air, completely free from chemicals. The Walserhof is a traditional Tyrolean mountain farm, certified by Bio Austria—the highest organic standard in Austria. Our hay is harvested four times a year, carefully dried, and freshly packaged for your animals.
